The apartments of Vincenzo Spettu are located in Calaliberotto small tourist village of Orosei and are just 150 meters from the sea. Here the air is pure and crystalline, the scents of the pines and the Mediterranean scrub prevail. Four comfortable apartments are offered by the Spettu family to guests during the holidays. They are characterized by spacious, bright and spacious rooms.
Terms and Conditions
- Minimum stay:of one week.
- Acceptance in the afternoon, departure no later than 10.00 am. Upon arrival, the apartment can be delivered in advance if ready. For late departures after 10:00, courtesy apartments are available for a fee.
- A 31% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Upon delivery of the apartment upon arrival, the immediate balance of 70% is required. The total price is made up of the list price + € 30 per person per week over 3 years of age (mandatory Forait for consumption, services and final cleaning of the premises).
- Payments are accepted in cash or by immediate transfer.
- 160 euros are required for a refundable deposit at the end of the holiday.
- SUPER OFFER: 5% discount for stays of 2 weeks; 10% every 3 weeks, 15% every 4 weeks.
- One bicycle is available for each apartment for free use.
- For a fee, on request, Double bed linen: € 12 per change, Single bed linen: € 9 per change, Bathroom linen: € 9 per change (3 towels + bathrobe)
- The consumption of electricity for the operation of the air conditioner must be paid at the end of the holiday if used. (special consumption meter)
- Small pets are allowed (dogs, cats) € 49 per animal per week.
- Important: The garbage must be exposed the evening before the day of collection, customers are intended to keep the container in the property after collection. Incorrect differentiated rubbish will not be collected, no rubbish on departure, take the remaining rubbish to the ecological island (300m) For each bag left at home, € 10 will be charged.
